Één van haar on-site locaties is bij de meest toonaangevende software leverancier wereldwijd. Voor deze on-site locatie bij op Schiphol-Rijk zoeken wij een:
Inside Sales (projects)
3 maanden met mogelijke verlenging
The purpose of this job is to generate sales qualified opportunities for the worlds leading technology company in the small to medium & EPG, B2B market. In addition where appropriate a sales pipeline and related reporting must be maintained.
- Makes calls to prospects and customers in order to achieve the targets for contacts and opportunities as communicated by the Inside Sales Team Lead.
- Communicates the benefits and features of offered products/services in a highly commercial and sales orientated fashion to prospects and customers.
- Generates opportunities for channel partners by identifying and qualifying leads.
- Ensures that the scripts and procedures of the campaign are followed and that all actions are taken within the terms of briefed campaign requirements.
- Records data about customers, prospects and opportunities within the data capture systems and ensures that the quality of data captured maintains a very high standard of accuracy and cleanliness.
- Completes all opportunities and other records required in order to process and administer the results of calling activity.
- Makes call backs and follow up calls to prospects and customers in order to ensure that the process is followed through to its proper conclusion.
- Ensures product knowledge is up to date and an in depth understanding of the business goals of the campaign.
- Follows escalation and complaint procedures in order to ensure that all customer and prospect enquiries and concerns are followed up to the highest degree of professional standards and within the terms and policies of the campaign.
- Participates in team meetings, discussions and other activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Provides feedback to the client either directly or indirectly regarding customer issues; this will be of both a qualitative and quantitative nature.
Functie eisen:
- 2 years Telesales experience
- Good oral and written English
- HBO Think and Work Level
Ideally the candidate will possess;
- Experience in the IT industry
- An understanding of the IT industry
- IT Channel experience would be an advantage
- Strong personality is asked to handle strong personalities at the customer site.
- Ability to lead in a sales call situation and turn discussion into a win-win for Microsoft and the customer
- Interest in learning license agreements
- Self-motivating and self-confident, the candidate must show the ability to work alone and meet personal targets.
- Excellent communication skills including clear and concise verbal business communication.
- Ability to negotiate and positively convince.
- High commitment to business and personal integrity
- Good listening skills.
- Highly focussed on delighting customers and partners, and sensitive to their issues/concerns.
- Ability to make business orientated decisions within the parameters of driving the customer experience and revenue.
- Ability to work at high levels of accuracy in information management and data handling.
- Commitment to self-improvement and education
- Computer literacy skills, including keyboard.
Ability to work as part of a team.
