We're a specialist, award-winning digital agency famed for designing, building, maintaining, optimising and promoting websites.

Location: Shoreditch, London

Reporting to: Digital Project Manager

Salary - £20 - £25,000 (Full-time)

Benefits – 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, work from home policy (1 day per week)

In our expanding business we have created a handful of new vital roles. This is one of them.

We are in a position to now develop an Intern in the Digital Project Management team. We have to-date brought in seasoned professionals only, to offer the expertise our clients demand. Now, we have the capacity and pipeline of future business that allows us to train our own project managers to our exacting standards.

We are looking for someone who aspires to a career in digital marketing or project management. You may be thinking about becoming a Project Manager, website developer or even a back end engineer.

This role could be the starting point for any of those career paths.

Whichever path you choose, this company and the wealth of experience you gain in this role could be the ideal catalyst for you.

What we need is a pro-active and quick-thinking individual with a passion for detail, development and design. Ideally you have a logical, technical or engineering background.

The Role

Consistent delivery in this role is key to our agency success -why? Repeat business from happy customers is one of our key building blocks for future growth.

You will have a great opportunity to learn and practice:

Managing all stakeholders to resolve the issue and deliver a solution back to the client including the development and design team

Rigorously QAing work and ensuring all testing procedures are adhered to

Deal with adhoc web tasks within 48 hours for the client

Learn about project management techniques including Scrum, sprints, waterfall

Use Jira/Trello to keep track of projects

How to ensure the agency's project workflow is maintained and always contribute new ideas to streamline processes

Understanding the agencies goals and look for any opportunity to enhance the company's performance.
