Your customer service / personal assistant role will be to help me get through several years worth of customer emails following a period I've been off work (I'm self employed). You'll be excellent with people skills, have A** english grammar (standard english), an eye for detail & sympathetic when dealing with customer complaints. You'll be working from my home office in Manchester. Would suit english student or similar :)
The job involves getting through several years' worth of customer emails, complaints, and technical queries whilst keeping an uplifted happy attitude! We'll have a trial to see if it works out. I work from home and if all goes well, it could potentially lead to more work in the future, maybe a permanent job if you like.
I work from home, and we can work from there or occasionally from coffee shops if I manage to get a secure dedicated second laptop up & running. You'll be self employed & I'll pay you an hourly rate.
