What are you going to do:
Main Purpose of Job
- To contribute to and oversee the production of bids and proposals, ensuring well structured content and overall consistency.
- In conjunction with the Marketing Executive, to create relevant, informative and compelling content for Nexor's website and for other communication channels, including social media.
Skillset
- Proven experience of original content writing
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent grammar and spelling
- Naturally flexible and comfortable in both internal and customer facing environments
- Ability and motivation to acquire an in-depth knowledge of Nexor's technology and services
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in order to meet time bound submissions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with relevant staff, lead the bid process through all stages from qualification through to submission.
- Manage the bid submission timescales, and contributions from other members of staff.
- Ensure the proposed bid solution meets customer requirements.
- Be pro-active in monitoring and enhancing standard proposal material.
- Work with other Nexor staff to produce new standard proposals for repeatable business.
- Write sales proposals and edit consultancy assignment reports;
- Develop and write White Papers and business-level collateral.
- Contribute to marketing activities for exhibitions, tailoring the Nexor message for the relevant audience.
- Help develop innovative ways for the company to use multimedia content including social media.
- Write and facilitate blog and website articles.
Additional Responsibilities
Explore, recommend, use and optimise communications methods and technologies to engage with various audiences.
Constraints
May be required to work unsociable hours in order to meet the demands of the role, attend conferences, etc. This may be at short notice in exceptional circumstance.
Prepared to travel internationally as required.
May be required to work weekends or bank holidays.
