Inside Success is a social enterprise that works with 16-24 year olds to support them opportunities in jobs, training and workshops. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to work within one of the most innovative and self- helps initiatives for young people between the ages of 16-24 who face unemployment- and as a result sell our magazine to earn a wage. As part of the Inside Success team you will be working by conducting sales and outreach duties around London.
Outreach Workers are the face of Inside Success and work alongside the youth in the community to help maximise their potential.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be executing and increasing sales and creating a positive environment for your fellow team members to work in.
On a daily basis you will be working one-on-one with your colleagues, managing pitches and promoting good relations with the youth in the community. As a member of a team of 10, you will need to be proactive, a team player, organised, and have a can do attitude.
In addition you will also be responsible for marketing Inside Success within the local area and forming strong networks within the local community.
You must be able to juggle and priorities demands from different directions, hit targets, promote the company in a positive manner at all times, hit your sales targets and enjoy working outdoors interacting with the general public.
A commitment to the social objectives of Inside Success is essential.
