Job description

As an intern (m/f) in our customer service department, you will deal with questions and problems from our users. You are the voice of the company and also the first point of contact for our player community. This internship is ideally suited to recent school leavers, as a co-op program or for starting your career. We look forward to hearing from you!

Your Job:

  • Be on hand to help and advise our players through different communication channels (forums and chat rooms) 
  • Get to know our games inside out so you can answer any questions our player community might have 
  • Monitor the community thoroughly in forums, chat rooms and on social media platforms 
  • Plan and organize in-game events, community actions and real-world meetings 
  • Work in close cooperation with other departments: Give feedback to our game designers and report bugs to colleagues in the live bug analysis department 
  • Your goal: You represent our company in forums, chat rooms and on social media platforms, acting as the link between the company and the community 
Your Profile:
  • You have native-speaker level knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage 
  • You are passionate about (online) games and you are open, friendly and a genuine team player 
  • You’re able to retain an overview of the situation even at challenging times 
  • You can think outside the box and solve problems 
  • Ideally you have already gained some experience in customer contact (preferably online, or in the catering, hotels or sales industries etc.)
