Are you a British citizen studying Business, Economics, Logistics, Marketing or Communication? Our partner company offers you 4-6 months of a full-time paid (300-600€/month) internship in their Marketing department in Berlin.

The Company

Our partner company is an independent online platform for every kind of evaluation service. They develop and run feedback systems and help companies from all over the world to get useful customer feedback to optimise their services. For this they use various sources of ratings in the internet. The company was founded in 2008, has 150-200 employees and offices in Berlin, Cape Town, Bratislava and London. Your working location would be in Berlin, where you will work within a dynamic and motivated team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers 
  • Handle complains of customers 
  • Assist in Support- and Service- Teams 
  • Activation, processing and editing of customer feedbacks 
  • Depending on your experience and performance you have the chance to participate in special projects during your internship 

Requirements

  • possibility to stay in the company 4-6 months 
  • studies in: Business, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, Communication or similar 
  • any experience would be an advantage 
  • English native, any additional language would be an advantage (especially German) 
  • IT skills: MS Office 
  • good communication skills, customer-oriented person
