HR Assistant paid internship

Responsibilities

Working in the Accommodation & Destinations Specialist Division, the student will support the Head of HR of TT Services and the role will have a strong focus on policy adaptation and implementation. This exciting position is responsible for analyzing the HR best practices for TT services and adapting them to current legislation in 24 countries in the Middle East and Asia regions. This opportunity provides a great, international development perspective for an HR professional, particularly in the area of Employee Rights and Labor Laws on a global level. 

- Work to provide clear HR policies to the TT Service's HR Team in keeping with current legislation. 

- Research labour legislation within multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia and use the information to adapt the HR policies already in use.

- Work closely with the HR teams in each of these countries to implement the policies. 

- Support the Services HR team in running the region in the most effective way.

- When necessary, support the recruitment activities and provide when required general support to the different countries to use sector HR recruitment tools and also to participate in external recruitment projects.

Requirements

- studies in HRM, Business Administration or International Business

- fluency in English, basic knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage

- ability to start as soon as possible and stay at least 4 months

- possibility to sign a 3-party (you, company, university) internship agreement - a legal requirement in case of all internship in Spain

- excellent level of analytical skills and the ability to quickly process information.

- excellent planning and organizational skills in order to meet deadlines. 

- ability to work competently independently. 

- excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

- result-orientated and flexible, practical hands-on approach
