Assistant to the Logistics Manager

Central Apartments: Management firm specializing in vacation rentals in London and Paris. Help the firm by checking in clients, providing customer service and troubleshooting problems.

Job description

PART TIME POSITION BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON (Knightsbridge/Mayfair)

Assignment of tasks:

  • Check-in and check-out of the clients from around the world 
  • Creating a supportive and pleasant atmosphere for residents during the walkthrough and inventory, introduction to the apartment and applicances, providing tips on London, etc. 
  • Maintaining safety standards and inventory of furnishings with regular inspections and followups of the apartments, wifi and television troubleshooting, etc. 
  • Daily office tasks including responding to emails, scheduling appointments and dealing with customer requests by phone. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Communication and teamwork skills 
  • Willingness to accept responsibility 
  • Languages: Fluent English required, other language skills highly encouraged 
  • Flexibility and accurate thinking 
  • Independent, outgoing and hospitable 
  • Knowledge of London sights and transport systems 
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
