Arc Hospitality Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced hospitality staff to work at well-known football stadiums, including Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Chelsea Football Club for the 2014-2015 football season. Successful candidates will be those who can commit to the season and have a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
After completing our onsite training and assessment, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the football grounds undertaking both hospitality and bar roles. You will need to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for your role and be dedicated to delivering a high-end service to all customers.
About You
We recruit the right people with the right attitude. It is essential that your work history includes some hospitality, bar or customer service experience.
Naturally, your appearance and presentation will be of a high enough standard to reflect favourably on our company. A hands-on attitude aligned with confidence and initiative is essential.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK, be able to supply full right to work documentation and possess a good level of spoken and written English.
Details of Role
- The rate of pay is £7.78 per hour (includes holiday pay) with good opportunities for tips.
- Match Day roles commence December 2014. We will also consider candidates who are able to start in January 2015.
- Flexible work at prestigious football stadiums.
- Additional roles also available outside of the match day work.
