Agape Volunteers is a UK based charity that provides student volunteering placements across Africa. As part of our marketing we employ university representatives on a casual basis to promote our trips at their university. You get paid for every student from your university who volunteers with us in the summer, with reps usually earning around £500. Work as much as little as you want and also get access to great extra incentives.
Agape Volunteers is a UK based charity that provides student volunteering placements across Africa. Every year we send hundreds of students to schools, orphanages, clinics and sports teams across Africa for the experience of a life-time. As part of our marketing activities we have to advertise our programmes to students, to make sure all our placements are full. One way we have found to do this is through the use people like you, our university representatives.
A university representative is responsible for promoting Agape Volunteers’ placements and opportunities to the students at your university. We provide all the materials you will need for this, including:
• Branded company e-mail account
• Posters
• Business cards
• Stickers
• Other promotional material
• Templates
• A thirty page guide as to how to sell our trips
• A dedicated university rep manager
• Online system to get help with selling 247
In return for this, you will be paid £15 for EVERY student who volunteers with us this summer from your university, regardless of whether you spoke to them or not. Our online systems can track which universities applicants come from and then assign payment to you when they complete their booking. You can even login to our system and see how many people are in the booking process from your university at any time. You can work as little, or as much as you want, but the more you get the word out, the more you will earn!
Payments are made to you at the end of the academic year, along with bonuses and extra incentives for the best representatives. We also provide a full written reference from our CEO, which could be invaluable in obtaining future employment. Finally, your work will contribute in a very real way to our aid work in Africa, and all representatives receive 10% off our trips, if you want to volunteer yourself!
