More about your role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers who  are at risk of domestic abuse .

You will also be responsible for handling all calls to the service and overseeing all referrals from agencies and self-referrals.

Your role will involve acknowledging  receipt of referrals  and liaising  with referrers  if information is missing, or further information is required for the referral to be processed.

As a Service Coordinator you will also  be responsible for facilitating social activities for the customers and ensuring they feel included and not isolated.

Your working hours are  full time Monday to Friday from 9:00 am  to 5:00 pm – 36.25 hours per week

You are also expected to lone work on some bank holidays and during the period between Christmas and New Year as we are a 24 hour service.

More about you

Due to the nature of the role only female applicants will be considered for this role.

You will have a knowledge and understanding of Domestic Abuse which will allow you to be successful within this role and provide support to our customers.

The ideal applicant will have experience performing administrative duties,  experience in Housing Management and knowledge of safeguarding.
