Process:
1. First Training Block
1 month of training in HQ (Spain) shadowing CBU, and other departments.
5 months in a local subsidiary completing training about marketing, sales administration, logistics, etc.
2. Second Training Block
6 months training as an account/client manager shadowing another client manager of a subsidiary
