A fun job looking after two children (9 and 11) in the afternoons and early evenings during the week. From September 2015 until July 2016, with possibility of extension. 6 weeks paid leave.
We are looking for a responsible, London based student to look after our two children (aged 9 and 11) after school. The job includes supervising homework, accompanying to activities locally, preparing dinner, some light housework and, most importantly, being good company!
We live close to train stations with direct links (12 min) to Blackfriars, Victoria and London Bridge. Our wonderful current nanny is about to complete her M.Phil at King's and assures us the commute is very good from the Central London universites.
This is a part-time job: 20 hours/week, ideally suited to a student looking to earn an income during term time. The hours are 1530 to 1930, Monday to Friday. Punctuality is important as the job involves pick-up from the children's school. The job comes with 6 weeks paid holiday (must be taken during school holidays). Pay is £12.5/hour. Previous childcare or tutoring experience will be an advantage. We will require OFSTED registration (includes first aid course and CRB check - associated costs refunded by us). Applicants must be 18 and over.
