Part Time Clinic Manager/Receptionist for cupping therapy chain
The London Cupping Clinic requires a part time administrator and receptionist for Hijama clinics across London.
We require a meticulous, earnest and organised administrator to work in our Tooting based clinic and potentially cover other clinics across London.
Closely located to south london tooting, is preferable.
Interviews will be held from now until mid august, Ongoing, £6 - £8 per hour depending on skills and experience.
Essential skills/knowledge required:
- Basic knowledge of cupping therapy and human health. Science related education is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Islamic faith and culture as many customers approach this therapy from this angle.
- Able to commit a minimum of 16 hours a week spread across 3/4 days, with option of some work from home and other sites in London
- Expertise in marketing, design, cold calling, sales are all bonuses and any extension to the admin role can also be paid separately .
- Ideally located close to clinic but not a must
- Having fast internet connection at home and a mobile smartphone is a must.

You will be responsible for:
-- Main customer care point
- Preparing weekly reports for directors
- Stock control
- Help with general office administrative duties (online, appointment setting invoicing)
- Marketing & Advertising (assist marketing manager)
