Grade 7 SCP 23 Pro Rata Salary £27,520pa (FTE £35,577 pa)
The Role
Our client is looking to appoint a Catering Manager for their South London cluster, their Trust is inclusive, with the highest academic standards. The happiness, well-being and success of their pupils is at the centre of everything they do.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to read and implement instructions, such as Health & safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
Ability to complete simple financial forms.
Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training.
Able to work on own and within a team.
Able to lead and motivate staff.
Experience of training staff in basic kitchen skills.
Be able to communicate with all kitchen, staff and pupils.
Display and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
Able to encourage children to select a balanced meal.
Experience of catering.
Manage a team experience required.
Display a commitment to the Trusts equalities policies.
