Job descriptionWe are a small team of enthusiastic engineers, designers, and more importantly “gamers” who are passionate about the wonders and potential of Augmented Reality gaming. As a small startup things move faster and an idea to a game could mean just a few weeks.
We are looking for a fun-loving, usability and user experience research enthusiast for research and testing of touch based mobile and web based UIs applications. You will strive to provide the best possible experiences for mobile augmented reality games by applying the latest techniques and methods including think-aloud sessions, storyboarding, interviews, personas, conceptual modelling, high / low fidelity mock-ups, usability studies, and contextual inquiries.
You will assist in developing user models, designing and prototyping user interfaces for interaction. You will also conduct necessary front-end research and support usability efforts throughout different game development cycle.
Education RequirementsGCSE / Scottish Standard Grade / BTEC or NVQ equivalent
A - Level / Scottish Highers / BTEC or NVQ equivalent
Access / Foundation Course or Apprenticeship
Graduate with BA or BSc
Preferred area of studyArt / Design
IT / Computer Science
