There may be days when you just can't even. We get that, we do. Having a work-life balance can be tricky. For some people, they make a work-life balance look like a piece of cake - how do they do it!? There may be days when you come home from work or uni, and as soon as you hit the sofa, this monster wave of tiredness crashes over you. Another evening goes by, where your space is getting messier, you had another pot noodle for dinner, and you have kissed goodbye your social life. It's official; your bed is now your best friend.
