How can I place my vacancies?
Once you have registered, you can choose from one of the services . After submission the vacancy will be checked by one of the team and vacancy will then be posted almost immediately.
You will also receive a confirmation e-mail of your submission along with possible advertisement opportunities for your job.

Who can reply to my job offers?
Every registered candidate can respond to a vacancy. However, this does not mean you will have inappropriate responses as results are filtered depending on the candidates expertise and interests.

How do I receive applications?
Applications will be received via e-mail without intervention from StudentJob.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept our branded account cards, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal and Sofortbanking.

Can I edit my vacancy if I find who I am looking for?
You are free to edit your vacancy at any point whilst it is live on the site. To make changes to your job description or job title, you can contact sales@studentjob.co.uk where we can assist you further with editing your vacancy. -

You can find details of all of your vacancies on your Company Page. -
How long will you it take for my order to be processed?
Once you have paid, the order will then be processed. Our team will prepare an invoice for the payments and send it to you as soon as possible, this can take 1-2 business days. Can I post a non-paid vacancy ?
Yes, it is not illegal to advertise unpaid work, however depending on the nature of the arrangement that is in place once the individual takes up the advertised post, the advertising employer could fall short of the national minimum wage (NMW) law.
