University students (preferably 1st year's) based in London throughout the year to work 1 - 2 days per week at markets, serving our gourmet beef burgers. Students with experience of working within the pus/restaurant industry preferred.
Helping to set up and pack down market stalls. Taking orders and money from customers, serving the customer. Talking to customers, being informative about the product/allergens. You may have the opportunity to cook burgers. Sampling the burgers to potential customers.
We work at the following food markets each week:
Tuesdays - Imperial College South Kensington (9am-4pm)
Thursdays - UCL Bloomsbury (9am-4pm)
Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays - Southbank Food Market (9.30am-9pm)
Saturdays - Partridges Fine Food Market, Chelsea (7.30am-6pm)
Sundays - Queens Park Farmers Market (8.15am-4pm) and Alexandra Palace (9am-4pm)
Pay is £9.50 per hour and candidates must have a passion for working with food and people.
