Maintenance Team Member – Premier Inn

As a maintenance team member with us, your days will vary. From touching up the paintwork to fixing a broken door, from mending a leaky tap to replacing a damaged skirting board, you will get called upon to complete a wide variety of jobs within our hotels. It is important to remember the reason why you are completing each job – and that’s our guests.

Although you are not in a guest facing role, you are playing a vital part in ensuring our guests have a great stay with us. While you’re hard at work in our hotel or restaurant it is important you are approachable and welcoming to any guests you see.

Given the nature of this role it is important that you have some experience in building maintenance. Whether you are a painter & decorator, a plumber, a joiner, an electrician or even just all-round handy man or woman, we would like to hear from you. Full training will be given to anyone who joins us, and if you don’t already have it, we will help you to achieve a Part-P electrical qualification while you’re with us. And, if you work more than 16 hours a week with us, you could also choose to study for an apprenticeship, giving you nationally recognised qualifications that are yours to keep!
