This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at MakeMyDay (www.makemyday.travel), a new start-up that offers the most amazing tours and experiences in cities around the world that has already been featured in the Sunday Times, Evening Standard and Metro.
We are looking for a bold and brilliant Customer Service Representative, someone who is outgoing, full of life and love meeting new people. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role works within the Sales and Experiences team. The main responsibilities are to assist potential guests with outstanding customer service, to drive face-to-face sales and maximise revenue at key locations across London by introducing visitors to MakeMyDay.
The role includes:
Walking /Standing most of the 8 hour shift
Efficiently completing online sales transactions (via a provided iPad) and register potential enquires via email.
