As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you work for a company that offers parking solutions worldwide. The company has developed the most widely used park app in the Netherlands.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service via telephone, chat and email;
- Processing of calls, emails, customer messages and information management;
- Providing our customers with the best possible long-term satisfaction;
- Are there any faults, incidents or problems? You take responsibility for all incoming questions and complaints;
