BUBBLE CITEA Retail Team Member (Part Time/Full Time)

BUBBLE CITEA is a locally renowned bubble tea brand, with kiosks across major UK shopping malls, including Guildford & Portsmouth. We are currently launching new locations, so we are looking for bubble tea enthusiasts or someone naturally curious to try out new things, to join our bubble tea family. We always strive to be transparent, rewarding and caring business, so our employees always feel fair & enjoy long term relationship with us. We are looking for energetic, fun and playful Bubble Barista to join our team for everyday operations. 

15 - 40 hours per week
Between £7.00 and £8.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

YOU WILL

Greet our customers with a bright smile and deliver impeccable hospitality to them

Create fun & engaging experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond

Learn to make delicious bubble tea to standard recipes, ensure quality is met & serve them quickly and accurately to our customers

Be able to maintain a tidy & clean work environment for both our customers and your co-workers

Be authentic, transparent, and create genuine relationships and conversations with our customers & co-workers

Thrive in the fast paced-retail environments

Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays

What we ask

  • At least finished high school
  • Speaking intermediate English or above, ideally speaking Mandarin as well
  • Keen to learn& develop in the role despite no prior experience needed
  • Able to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Punctual, responsive & responsible
  • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • No experience required
  • No certificate required
