Field Sales Intern in London

Natural sales star needed to help launch a crunchy, popped cheese brand in London.

About Cheesies:

Cheesies is a passionate, bold and loud snack brand bringing a new way to love cheese to the UK. We launched in June and have already agreed on listings with leading retailers and stocked in independents across London. We are ambitious and have big plans to make crunchy popped cheese the go-to snack.

Founded by two friends who met while working at innocent drinks, Cheesies has assembled an A-team to introduce a truly innovative product in a crowded market.

What are Cheesies?

Cheesies are made from cubed cheese, that’s dried and quickly baked until popping leaving intense, crunchy and moreish snack. Cheesies contain no carbs, are high in protein, gluten-free and vegetarian.

Currently in three variants (watch this space for more); cheddar, gouda, and emmental. Cheesies make the perfect snack, sprinkled on a salad or any time you want to add an intensely crunchy flavour to any meal.

What is the role?

We are looking for a bright and energetic Field Sales Intern to join our team. They will be working with the sales to build the distribution for Cheesies in London.

There will be a focus on getting out in the field to win new independent accounts in London. We need a charismatic individual who is excited by the challenge, ready to hustle and loves meeting new people.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Win new business for Cheesies

  • Head out to London based stores and bring on more Cheesies stockists.
  • Win as much space as possible for Cheesies on shelf and by the till.
  • Check in on stores to make sure that we’re stocked where we are supposed to be.

Make the brand POP on the shelf:

  • Build brand theatre — use posters and stickers to grab people’s attention and direct them towards Cheesies
  • Put up as much Cheesies point of sale and supporting marketing materials as possible.

Marketing and event support

  • In-store samplings and introducing consumers to Cheesies.
  • Support at events and shows, always be the Cheesies brand.
  • Always be a team player
