Our Ward Matrons are committed to delivering high quality care to our Service Users with a focus on Service User and Carers involvment at every level.

We offer a Preceptorship Programme, mandatory and area specific training programme including Personal Safety Course and opportunities for ongoing learning within NHFT through links with Northampton University and The Open University.

In addition to the benefits offered under the NHS terms and conditions of service, this post additionally attracts an incentive of £3000 pro rata for the successful applicant/s paid over the first 12 months of employment.
