Operations Intern - 3 Month Fixed Term in London

We’re looking for a highly driven, personable and analytical intern to join the blow LTD Supply team on a 3 month fixed term contract from September. You’ll be tasked with recruiting the very best hair and beauty professionals to join the blow LTD platform - testing their quality, assessing their customer service and ensuring they know everything they need to succeed on the blow LTD platform.

40 hours per week
Between £17,000 and £18,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

We’re looking for a highly driven, personable and analytical intern to join the blow LTD Supply team on a 3 month fixed term contract from September. You’ll be tasked with recruiting the very best hair and beauty professionals to join the blow LTD platform - testing their quality, assessing their customer service and ensuring they know everything they need to succeed on the blow LTD platform.

 

This isn’t just a recruitment role though - as we grow in volume of bookings and number of professionals, our processes need to be efficient, engaging and professional. You’ll have a hand in designing and implementing process improvements as well as being the face of the business to applicants. 

 

This opportunity is for a 3 month fixed term contract. Impress us, and it could turn into a permanent role.

  • At least 2:1 or equivalent from top university
  • Analytical and data driven in decision making
