What are you going to do:

The roles available are on a part time basis, and you would be required to work days, evenings and weekends. We are looking for successful candidates to work 2-3 shifts per week. 

We are therefore looking for people who can demonstrate the following attributes and skills

• Socially confident with excellent interpersonal skills
• Has excellent attention to detail, demonstrating high standards of punctuality, cleanliness and personal presentation
• Indicates a positive ‘can do attitude’
• Enjoys working to high standards and working under pressure
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is able engage with customers appropriately and respond to their needs
• Demonstrates great product knowledge and able to prepare and serve excellent drink

What happens next?

We are looking to undertaken an assessment centre for both sites. This will be taking place on 2nd September 2019 or 9^th September 2019. Therefore please ensure that you are available on this day.As part of this process you will be asked for preferences for the site that you would like to work at. Allocation of hours and site will be based on scoring at the interview stage and the needs of the business. You will only be based at one site and we do need to recruit to both.

Please also ensure that you have access to your Right to Work in the UK – in the form of a passport OR birth certificate and National Insurance Number. If you are successful you would be unable to start work without this documentation.  

You must also be available to start employment from week commencing 9th September 2019.
