Aintree Racecourse, home of the Randox Health Grand National Festival are looking for strong Retail & Hospitality Event Supervisors to come and join our team working across our North West Region supporting at Aintree, Haydock Park and Carlisle Racecourses and also supporting at Major UK Wide Venues for Compass Group.
We have positions to join our team across all our hospitality and retail areas on a variable basis, supporting across Race meetings, Conferences, Functions and Concerts each shift will offer you something different in a flexible capacity that you can choose which events to work at.
Your role as a supervisor will be to take ownership of a particular function, be it a Buffet, A La Carte or Private dining experience. You may also be looking after a bar or set of bars or retail outlets during one of our many busy events across the region.
Providing first class service levels is something we inspire to do, therefore your attention to detail, outstanding consistency and knowledge of event catering will be desirable.
It will be your responsibility to deliver outstanding customer service at all times and deal with any customer queries whilst working with your team to ensure operational excellence. You will be accountable for stock and cash procedures as well as ensuring your team are working in adherence with company policy, service and staff welfare.
Knowledge and experience in dining, customer service and cash handling is preferred, training will be provided. You must have an excellent ability to deal with the general public and work under pressure.
