As a BLOK Receptionist, your aim will be to maximize sales and provide excellent customer service. You will actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service. Listen to customers’ expectations and answer requests. Highlight the brand’s know- how and differentiation by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, keeping up with relevant market trends and competitors. Manage and report all delicate situations such as clients complaints to the Duty Manager. Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
Participate in maintaining a positive work environment and consistently provide the highest level of professionalism in all behaviours, including communication and teamwork. Contribute to the operations, such as stock control and inventories. Work as a team and actively support and assist your colleagues.
Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally by inspiring clients by embodying the brand spirit. Ensure that the image of the reception is maintained in line with company standards. Maintain organisation, grooming, and appearance in all areas with respect to the code of conduct. Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and maintenance of the qualitative standards required by the brand.
