Your Role Will Include:
Understanding and communicating the brand’s values and philosophy with your clients;
Developing a deep knowledge of all our products, materials and designs;
Offering an immersive experience into the Luca Faloni brand and collection;
Demonstrating best practices and mentoring junior staff;
Achieving sales objectives and targets;
Building relationships with local and international clients, ensuring they receive a world-class luxury service whilst always being personable and professional;
Ensuring personal and store presentation reflects the brand’s image;
Contributing to and assisting with the visual merchandising;
Assisting with stock management;
Assisting the Store Manager with reporting, opening and closing duties.
