About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Reservations and Travel consultant.
You will be the first point of contact with guests who have booked one of our properties online. As such you will show great customer service attitude, whether via phone, email or chat system. You will efficiently track and process new reservations, confirming that all information compiled are accurate and advise guest of Veeve policies.
Some of our guests love to speak to our consultants team before making a decision; you will therefore have the opportunity to help them finding the perfect home for their stay, by answering questions they might have, in order to entice them to book one of our properties. Knowledge of London, Paris or Los Angeles would be a plus
This is an exciting sales role a motivated individual who loves giving a top notch service and wants to grow in a fast paced environment! You should feel comfortable with being set a target (for which you would get financial reward) and be confident on the phone when speaking to our guests
