What are you going to do:
Community Management
- Welcome new members to the site through messages and community acknowledgement
- Support any unanswered questions by encouraging engagement from other members of the community and beyond
- Write messages to members who have not completed parts of their onboarding experience
- Support membership requests for support
- Encourage member engagement in key topics, challenges or community created guides
- Attract those members who haven’t visited the site for some time to come back and get involved
- Start two to six topics a week to engage members
- Allocate badges and create groups as necessary
- Write a summary of activities at Better Century on a weekly basis
Social Media management
- Build our social media network by commenting on threads through facebook or twitter to recognise people’s good work or to simply ask them to post their activities on Better Century.
- Share weekly summaries and key conversations on Better Century to all our other social media outlets.
- Promote key challenges, guides and conversations to target audiences using groups Better Century is part of or through paid for digital advertising.
Develop intelligence about sustainability
- Engage other social networks and news sites to understand the trending topics in the areas of sustainable living.
- Ensure key reports and articles are shared on the site through
- Where necessary research subject areas to help inform the community
