Private Members Community looking for help with Marketing and Event Management in London

Soul Tribe Society is the first and only Health & Lifestyle community in London, unique from its kind. Founded by Integrative Nutrition Practitioner Eleonora C. Bastos, Soul Tribe Society is a membership based community for women who want to get healthier, grow and connect. The focus of the role will be split between the marketing and events side of the business. We are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and who always looks to go above and beyond. This is a really exciting time for Soul Tribe Society and so the ideal candidate would be looking to join us on this journey and bring a new and interesting range of skills and ideas to the role.

20 - 30 hours per week

What are you going to do:

Digital / Content

  • Content creation and management - Creating the monthly newsletter, writing blog posts and curating relevant content for our members.
  • Managing and updating our events calendar and listings - From public events listings on our website to events listed on partnered listing platforms.
  • Social media planning and development - Supporting on management of STS social media platforms, creating and implementing systems and brand appropriate content.

Events Operations

  • Organise and manage our events (overseeing the creation of promotional material -contact members - rsvp - location booking - talent booking - partnerships and sponsors)
  • Ensuring that clients have the best possible experience and obtaining feedback from members
  • Being the main point of contact for our event clients in the lead up to and during events.
  • Meeting and liaising with events clients, acting as a face and representative of Soul Tribe Society
  • Developing new ideas for future events, partnerships and sponsors.

What we ask:

  • You should be registered as a college student
  • Someone who is enthusiastic and personable, a great communicator both face-to-face and in written form.
  • A creative - self starter and loves being healthy and mindfulness
  • Extremely customer focused and always looking to exceed expectations.
  • Previous experience with creating and curating creative content is preferred.
  • computer literate
  • Previous experience in an events or hospitality environment and in a client facing role is a plus.
