• Confidently engage with the public
• Talk passionately about the Ice and all the work inside the Ice Cavern
• Be reliable and a good team player
• Be an excellent communicator
• Be vigilant and take an active interest in health and safety of live events
• Parts of this role involve working in -8 conditions. Thermal boiler suits will be provided, and roles are rotated regularly.
