Butlin’s has been creating wonderful holiday memories since 1936. An integral part of this has always been our fantastic Entertainments Team, delivering exceptional shows to entertain all our guests. We’re looking for people who love to entertain and have the skills and talents to wow our guests in our shows for 2020.


For over 15 years we’ve had the Skyline Gang bring colour and interaction to the Skyline Pavilion at our three resorts. Our seven characters of Mimi, Candi, Pip, Misty, Dude, Bud and Sprout are helped along in their adventures by their faithful companion Rainbow the dog.

This role is about delivering high standard entertainment, bringing our colourful Skyline Gang character’s to life, and making sure every one of our guests have fun. 

Our Skyline Gang team members need to be able to sing, dance and act to a professional standard.

Key responsibilities:

Performing live to deliver a selection of amazing adventure shows in the Skyline Pavilion

Play a performing part as understudies in other productions on the resort 

Provide our guests with an incredible entertainment package which they can experience in the most enjoyable and comfortable way 

Inspire and motivate team members and guests with passion, energy and commitment

Be open to learning new skills and developing your own knowledge of Butlin’s
