We are looking for experienced restaurant managers to join our team.
You will work as part of the Management team within a Hospitality restaurant or suite ensuring every guest has a legendary experience.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience with the delivery of great food and atmosphere.
• Leading a team of 10-30 waiting staff within your given restaurant or suite.
• Manage a full service of between 100 to 350 covers.
• Ensuring that all staff are professional in their appearance and approach at all times. Be confident in assessing staff competency and delivering on the job training and briefings where necessary.
• Confidently liaise with guests and clients.
• Effectively handle complaints.
• Complete Guest critical walks prior to doors and throughout service. Comply with all statutory and Compass health and safety procedures.
