What are you going to do:
Charlie exists to help small businesses Make Work Better. We support them to do this through our beautifully designed, easy to use HR software, as well as our on-demand HR Advice service. As we continue to grow our HR Advice offering to customers, we need to supercharge our ability to deliver the service on time and to the standards we set ourselves. This role is going to ensure we're able to do this and scale the service at the speed we need. In doing so, you'll gain broad exposure and a deep understanding of the realities of HR within small companies. This opportunity is great for someone wanting to begin a career in HR.
In this role you will:
- Support on delivering handbooks & policies that always meet deadlines and our customers' standards
- Begin to develop the knowledge to respond to simple advice questions via live chat
- Help successfully onboard our customers onto the service
- Keep our client management system up to date each week
- Learn our software product over time, so you can help out on day-to-day customer support across both HR Advice and non-HR Advice customer

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- Self-starter with the desire to learn about how small businesses deal with HR challenges
- Enjoy working under pressure & in a fast paced environment
- Be able to effectively manage your own time & deadlines
- Be a strong communicator who is never afraid to put your hand up when struggling
- Eye for detail; grammar and spelling mistakes never get past you!
