HCSW - Colchester
We are currently looking for a fun, caring, enthusiastic and flexible person to support a young man with very complex care needs in his own home as well as during social outings and activities. He requires his carers to drive and the successful candidate would be expected to work on a one to one basis providing clinical and personal care.
Experience in the field of complex care would be desirable but with the great training and education programme that all new staff receive you will soon have the skills and confidence to provide the highest quality care.
We are looking for a bank or substantive part time member of staff who is willing to work 12 hour day and waking night shifts.
Day shifts 7am – 7pm
Waking Nights shifts 7pm – 7am
For substantive contracts we can offer you:
Hourly rate (currently being reviewed)
Days 8am – 8pm £8.21
Nights 8pm – 8am £10.67
Saturdays Days and Nights £10.67
Sundays and Bank Holidays Days and Nights £13.14
Bank Rates (once trained)
Between £10.01 - £17.72 depending on shifts
