Technical Support Engineer needed in Bulgaria / German Speaker

For our international client, we are searching for an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer who can speak German in Bulgaria. If you have at least 18 months' experience in third-party helpdesk support, are eager to start withing a global company that invests greatly in their people, we have the opportunity for you.

What are you going to do:

This is how you explain to friends what you are doing;

  • You are the first point of contact on location of customers with requests, problems or questions.
  • You support the project leader with the implementation of projects.
  • On location you are busy installing and configuring networks, solving network related issues, and you also connect Chromebooks, printers, scanners / copiers, desktops, laptops and digital boards or touch screens.
  • In case of malfunctions and problems, you visit schools and try to resolve them immediately.
  • You help prepare orders by enrolling and imagening chromebooks.

What we ask:

  • At least finished high school
  • Problem solving
  • Communication
  • Experience in one of the following technologies: Java, Windows Servers, Linux, Storage, Networking or security.
  • 2 years of experience in a corporate to enterprise IT environment
  • Excellent *** language communication skills - (B2 or above)
  • Moderate proficiency in English An analytical thinking capability and the ability to multitask
  • A strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer
