Business Analyst (Project management) in London

This well-regarded and hugely successful global media agency are looking to further strengthen their global investment team, ensuring the wider team is supported to deliver the most effective media solutions possible. This role offers the chance for a talented project manager, with strong commercial expertise and business analysis experience to further develop their career within this international media company.

Key responsibilities of the role:

* Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure business issues are successfully addressed through effective scoping of work and development of bespoke solutions
* Ensure user requirements are captured through story cards, workflow diagrams and necessary documentation - to store all required information appropriately
* Communicate appropriately with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and timings adhered to
* Play an active role in project meetings to address project progress, risks and blockers and issues being faced
* Develop supporting documentation as required including user manuals

Key skills required:

* To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate prior experience of working in a project management role, ideally within a media agency or similar organisation
* You must be proficient with Microsoft 365 platform with an in-depth understanding of Sharepoint
* You will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
* You will be comfortable in applying agile and traditional business analysis techniques
* You must have previous experience of managing stakeholders and be an effective communicator
* You will have prior experience of working with development teams (agile/scrum, offshore/onshore) and be comfortable in leading projects which ensure the delivery and adoption of new technologies within a commercial setting
* You will have exceptional organisational skills and time management capabilities
* You will have experience also of tools including: Azure, Visual Studio Online, Power BI, Power Apps and Flow
* You will be proactive in your approach and be keen to deliver the best work possible
