My client is a small London-based marketing agency with an extensive list of blue-chip clients supported by a bright, energetic and talented team.
Being smaller means that every member of the team has exposure to the full breadth of deliverables making it a fun and dynamic working environment - no two days are the same.
They work with amazing clients from Telecoms and Automotive industry. The projects include: Advertising campaigns, Events, web builds and much more!! It's all about producing exciting solutions for their clients - this role is purely integrated!
The role:
They are looking for a Junior to Midweight Designer with agency experience to work across every one of their clients with the opportunity to work on everything from digital builds and eDM campaigns, through to large scale event collateral, printed communications, identities and style guides.
You'll be Responsible for;
* Artworking and applying designs across a broad range of media, so the ability to manage your own workload whilst maintaining attention to detail and working with both speed and accuracy are essential.
* You'll often be involved in the creative design process for projects from start to finish.
* Working with the team to develop ideas and solutions, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and deliver end results that surpass the initial brief.
You will have:
* A passion for design, from the technical skills of artworking to beautiful layout construction
* Be ideas-led but equally as comfortable with creating an identity as artworking a brochure
* Excellent knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite
* Be experienced or have an interest in digital creation (coding)
* Excellent communication skills
* Skilled in designing to meet the brief
* Display a positive and proactive approach
* Comfortable working within strict brand guidelines as well as pushing the boundaries with
new and innovative concepts
* Look to take complete ownership of your projects
* Have immaculate attention to detail
* Be self-motivated and genuinely take great care and pride in the quality of your work
