Head of motion graphics in London

My client is an Integrated communications agency, specialising in the creation and execution of quality and effective content for brands. This agency has quickly grown to a team of over 75 people and is now ready to take on the next stages towards growth.

They are looking for a Head of motion designer to join their team. Someone who is super proactive, driven and ambitious. The work will be varied, from art direction, collaborating on pitch work, creation of storyboards, VFX supervising on shoots as well as the regular design and motion work. You'll be working in a highly creative/dynamic environment and you will be required to work directly with both internal and external stakeholders. The Role:
You'll be overseeing a range of outputs from animated TVCs to social assets and high-end graphic design. You'll will need to have an in depth knowledge of both 2D and 3D motion graphics and design in a modern media landscape. You'll be working with the Creative and Production Director, the Design Production Manager, a team of post producers, directors, editors as well as help building and creating a full time and freelance team of designers and motion graphic artists. You'll need:

* A broad range of technical skills


* Proven skills within; After Effects, Cinema 4D, InDesign, Photoshop


* 2D & 3D motion graphics design (AfterEffects & C4D)


* A variety of work in your portfolio


* Ability to mentor and manage a super creative team


* Creative flare and energy!
