Due to continuous growth we are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join the MINISO team in London. The successful individual would be able to hit the ground running and operate in a highly fluid environment associated with a start-up. What can MINISO do for you? What will you be doing? As our Assistant Merchandiser you will be responsible for forecasting products on the shop floor as well as delivering financial results to ensure KPIs are met. You will also support the Retail/franchise team by reviewing sales and stocks in stores and potentialising allocations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Deliver the Merchandising critical path in terms of timely planning Contribute to the seasonal buy process Accountable for maintaining the data file and ensuring the bulk upload of PO s and SKUs. Maintenance of a delivery schedule for all items in line with stock and OTB targets at category and sub-category level Assist with the management of the product lifecycle Plan each allocation based on the optimum level of stock requirement for all Core and Replenishment lines Prepare weekly reporting for the business product trading review Identify sales opportunity within categories and take appropriate action Ensure reprice activity and markdowns are managed into the system and weekly changes in sales performance are monitored in line with Terminal stock targets What do you need? As our ideal candidate you will have existing experience as a merchandising admin or a recently appointed entry Assistant Merchandiser. You must also be able to display a confident and professional attitude as all times, taking appropriate action to influence the achievement of business goals. You must also possess: Organisation skills, able to use initiative and work in a fast-paced environment. Numerical competency Computer literate, proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues and customers at all levels. Keen attention to detail Good teamwork skills, a willingness to participate as a full team member and within the wider business.
