Job description

Our client operates in Europe’s largest network of Giant Posters, sited in over 300 locations with banners and digital screens of dominating scale set in busy urban environments. They are dedicated to bringing the most impactful out-of-home advertising solutions to the market As an Operations Executive you will be assisting and supporting the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the Operations and Production department. Relations: External Production companies Creative agencies Installation contractors Private project enquiriers Internal Sales Group Marketing Team Finance & Admin Development Key Responsibilities: Arranging production of required banners on a fortnightly basis. Chasing artwork and distributing to printers. Obtaining artwork approval from Creative agencies. Uploading content to Digital network. Liaising and booking installation requirements with relevant contractors. Assisting in the day to day department administration. Support Development & Operations to ensure sites and sales are delivered to meet deadlines Assisting in the delivery of special builds Key Requirements: Strong communication (written and verbal) Relationship building skills Organisational skills & the ability to prioritise Attention to detail Competence in Word & Excel
