Our Contact Centre Transaction Cycle is responsible for providing technical solutions to support the Contact Centre operations globally, so we can provide exceptional service to our customers. As an Intranet Specialist, you will be managing, developing, growing and improving the help and management systems used by our customer facing agents daily.
You will be based in our Northampton offices, in the Brackmills industrial estate. Our site is just a stone’s throw away from the city center and is easily accessible by public transport.
