RESPONSIBLE TO: COUNTER/BUSINESSMANAGER
MAIN PURPOSE: Toachieve the retail objectives of the Tom Ford Beauty brand and ensure thesuccess of the account.
Topromote and maintain theTom Ford Beauty image and service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS
SELL THETOM FORD BEAUTY BRAND
Achieve required retail sales targets; daily,weekly, monthly as set by the Company and communicated by the CounterManager.
Achieve the daily target of new customerrecruitment as communicated by the Counter Manager.
Utilise Customer Registry system to strengthencustomer loyalty and maximise new launches and events through targetedcustomer communication.
GIVEEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Give prompt, polite and efficient service at all
times.
Adhere to the Tom Ford Beauty service
standards at all times.
Communicate and demonstrate product expertise with
every customer.

Qualifications
Previous beauty/ artistry experience is desirable.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
