Securitised Products IBMO is responsible for the supporting all trading and sales activity within the Securitized Products and Fixed Income Finance businesses. The team are expected to focus on controlling and safeguarding the firm’s assets while ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing, confirmation, settlement of transactions and minimizing risk in a well-controlled environment. Main Function: Securitized Products candidate will liaise with the Trading and Investment Banking groups, third party mortgage originators, loan aggregators, and investors to coordinate the financing and purchase of consumer and mortgage loan receivables and other asset types such as personal loans and solar panel receivables.

o Coordinate the closing of new deals and oversee transaction life cycle
o Tie-out final funding population with investors and facilitate the settlement

   process including the repricing of the trade, execution of closing

  documentation, reviewing the funding schedule for accuracy, compiling

  mortgage loan schedule data, and communicating settlement funds, establish

  and Agree Workflow processes with all external deal participants (Borrower /

  Seller, Custodian, Servicer, Whole Loan Purchaser
o Review Deal Closing Documents and set up facilities on the applicable

  systems
o Oversee the financing and purchase / sale of consumer receivables
o Post-Closing Tracking. Coordinate with Banking and Trading the tracking of

facility terms and lifecycle events pursuant to the terms  of legal agreement(s)
o Responsible for Servicer Remittance Processing and tying out final servicer

   reports to loans purchased or financed
o Oversee the accurate set-up and maintenance of static and transactional data

   on all Bank Systems and databases relating to client and deal information, via

   regular review of discrepancy and balance reports
o Monitor all incoming and outgoing funds in the DDA’s and advise and

   investigate any un-reconciled items

o Extensive experience of Consumer Finance receivables, collections, servicing,

  and investor reporting
o Extensive experience with Residential and / or Commercial Whole Loans
o Extensive industry experience

• Knowledge of the front to back process in an environment of investment

  banking
• Ability to influence others and work under pressure independently
• Understand operational risks
• Proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels

  including interacting effectively with other key areas within the bank e.g. IT,

  MO, FO, Ops Control
