Mens & Divided Concept Marketing Manager H&M UK AND IE
We are excited to announce that the Marketing Department is hiring! Are you interested in a career in Concept Management and want to join a really exciting team? Are you an entrepreneurial marketing expert who has a creative and commercial mindset, and is ready for a challenge?
If so, then you could be the next Mens / Divided Concept Marketing Manager for H&M UK and Ireland.
As the Mens/Divided Concept Marketing Manager you will:
• Be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local media strategy in the H&M Mens and Divided concepts
• Ensure consistent and correct implementation and co-ordination of global marketing campaigns across all bought media and owned media channels
• Work with Sales and Visual Team colleagues to plan, implement and report on concept
• Follow up and report on KPI’s and objectives connected to responsibility
• Liaise with local media agency
• Sign-off media strategy and budget with Paid Media Manager and Head of Marketing
• Identify new opportunities for each concept
• Communicate clearly with PR department on media strategy and potential opportunities
• React to short-term, local selling situations
• Work with internal systems- MPS, IPSOS, MWS
• Proof reading and text approvals for campaigns and marketing material
• Regular competitor research and reporting
• Plan and forecast budget, and follow up monthly
• Work together with Head of Marketing and local team on any ad hoc events or activities that may require additional support
Do you have?
• Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in marketing or media agency, managing marketing projects and campaigns
• A retail/fashion background
• A deep interest and knowledge of fashion
• Great project management skills and extremely deadline driven
• Work well under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
• Do-er, flexible and detail-oriented
• High level of English and strong in local language, both spoken and written
• Fluent in Microsoft office – word, excel and power point
