We are looking for a retail team member to join our Cute as Candi, Fairy Princess Makeover Team.
 
This venue delivers a fairy Princess Makeover to each child that books to attend our Cute as Candi Salon. For each child their makeover includes, the child’s hair braided, nails painted, face painting, tiara, wand and tutu and takes approximately 20-30 minutes in total. Essentially you are assisting to deliver a magical experience! 

Objectives of the job role:
•To ensure each child experiences a magical time when in our ‘salon’
•Ensure each child receives their Tiara and Tutu with every Fairy Makeover
•Ensure a safe working environment by complying with current legislation with regards to  Food Hygiene Regulations, COSHH & HACCP.
•Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
•Ensure company cash handling guidelines are followed.
•Demonstrates empathy with guests and is committed to enhancing the guests’ experience.
•Maximise the retail sales and exceed budget whilst giving the guest a valued experience.

 The ideal candidate would have:
•Previous experience of Face Painting
•Previous Experience of Hair Braiding 
•Ability to paint children’s finger nails 
•Proven experience in a busy Shops Environment with a commitment to consistent delivery.
•Excellent communications and motivational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Must be flexible with regards to working hours.
•Good people skills that would be used to ensure guest satisfaction and support the team
